With over a decade of experience in breeding, racing and training, Emily Robson was born in Sydney, NSW, her family were regular race day attendees at Royal Randwick, and Emily spending weekends developing her own riding skills in the equestrian field.

Completing a Diploma in Horse Management at Marcus Oldham College, Emily has worked across some of the industry’s finest in equine healthcare, breeding and management, including Sydney’s largest equine veterinary hospital, Randwick Equine. During her time here, she worked under some of Australia’s most respected and experienced veterinarians, establishing a sound understanding of and high expectations for the health and safety of horses under her management and care. Emily’s extensive experience in the thoroughbred sectors spans across studs from the Hunter Valley, to the Southern Highlands of NSW, and down to Victoria, where she, most recently, worked for the state’s leading racehorse syndicator, OTI Racing.

Integrated into both thoroughbred and business management, Emily is the industry’s youngest female syndicator, reputable and knowledgeable in her field. Her close relationships to industry leaders, breeders and trainers, and progressive and dynamic race career has provided her a valuable set of skills that normally require a team approach. From the preparing of horses for sale, management and care of mares, foals and spellers, including international imports, through to the development and control of the business, including new business, marketing and client management, Emily’s unique ability to view the sector from both an internal and ownership perspective has allowed the team to create a truly inclusive, innovative and holistic ownership experience, only available at 360 Bloodstock.
